This building includes offices, retail units and Apartments. Using the latest Advanced Electronic MXPro5 panels and Baldwin Boxall PAVA and Fire Telephone systems IC Service & Maintenance Ltd were able to offer the client a solution to meet their ongoing needs.

The fire alarm system comprised of 18 Fire Alarm Panels, Sprinkler Indication Panel, Fireman’s Control Panel and Graphics Indication and Control. There are 4 Baldwin Boxall PAVA racks covering the office area and a Fire Telephone system covering all floors of the building.

We provided the Supply and Commission and the Cat A fit out works on the office areas of both the Vivo and Alto Building.
