Proven procedures All our projects are controlled by Project Directors. Highly experienced supervisors, senior engineers and contract managers lead the build team, overseeing the day-to-day tasks, keeping customers apprised of progress and performing Quality Assurance audits. This means that you always have the same, dedicated people working on your installation, with access to senior staff where necessary and rapid response to any issues.
Customer care At IC Service & Maintenance we are committed to customer satisfaction, and the highest level of customer care.
Our highly experienced technical staff provide a full 24-hour callout service 365 days a year. We pledge to respond to all maintenance issues within four hours - although in practice we’re there in less. We provide full, customised reporting to our clients, with detailed analysis of deliverables and reviews of performance.
